Al, his wife, and their three children moved to the Charlotte area from Northern California almost 4 years ago. One of the first things Al and his family recognized was the tremendous value in Charlotte home prices as they researched and purchased their primary residence. Since that time, Al has expanded his real estate portfolio by purchasing several residential income properties in Charlotte and brings this investment expertise to his potential real estate clients.

Prior to his real estate career, Al worked in the legal and regulatory organizations in the telecommunications industry as the lead negotiator for multi-million dollar contracts and settlement agreements. In addition, he has owned his own successful business and spent several years as a professional financial advisor. While working full-time and raising a family, Al obtained his Bachelor and Masters Degree in Business Administration. The combination of his work and personal experience, as well as his formal education provides Al with a unique ability to represent his client?s interests far beyond that of other real estate professionals.
